摘　　要：山豆根为豆科植物越南槐Sophora tonkinensis的干燥根和根茎,具有清热解毒、消肿利咽的功效。生物碱是山豆根的主要活性成分和发挥药效及毒性作用的主要物质基础。除生物碱外,黄酮类成分也是山豆根的活性成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗氧化、抗菌及抗病毒、抗心脑血管疾病等药理作用。主要对山豆根黄酮类成分的化学特征、药理作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为山豆根黄酮成分的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Shandougen(Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma)is collected from dry roots and rhizomes of Sophora tonkinensis which has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying swelling and benefiting pharynx.Alkaloids are the main active components and main material basis for the pharmacodynamic and toxic effects of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma.In addition to alkaloids,flavonoids are also one of the active components of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma,with antitumor,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,anti-bacterial,anti-virus,anti-cardiovascular diseases and other pharmacological effects.Research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and mechanisms of flavonoids from Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma were mainly summarized in this paper,in order to provide a reference for further studies,development and utilization of flavonoids from Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma.
