摘 要:以聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为支撑框架,棕榈酸(PA)为热能存储单元,中空介孔二氧化硅微球(SiO_(2))为定形增强剂,制备了一系列POE/PA/SiO_(2)定形相变材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和差示扫描量热仪等对样品的形貌、结构、热性能进行表征。结果表明:SiO_(2)的加入有效提高了定形相变材料的结构稳定性,且当SiO_(2)质量分数增加到5%时,封装效果最优,熔融结晶焓分别为143.9J/g和147.6J/g;经过多次冷热循环测试材料依然能保持较高的焓值,说明该定形相变材料具有良好的热循环耐久性。A series of novel form-stable phase change materials(FSPCMs)were fabricated by employing palmitic acid(PA)as latent heat storage units,polyolefin elastomer(POE)and hollow mesoporous silica(SiO_(2))microspheres as limiter to confine the PA in small nanometer-scale spacing so that the leakage during phase transition can be circumvented.The morphology,structure,and thermal properties of the prepared FSPCMs were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR)spectra,thermogravimetric analyses(TGA)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results indicated that the SiO_(2) improved the structural stability of the composite FSPCMs.PA was tightly imprisoned in the skeletons assembled by POE and SiO_(2).and no leakage was detected during the phase change process.The melting enthalpies and freezing enthalpies were 143.9J/g and 147.6J/g,respectively,when the mass fraction of SiO_(2) was up to 5%.Meanwhile,the prepared FSPCMs exhibited outstanding thermal cycling reliability during the multiple thermal cycling tests.
