摘 要:分别选用过氧化氢和聚多巴胺(PDA)改性钛酸钡纳米粒子和多壁碳管(MWCNTs),以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯为“桥联剂”将改性钛酸钡和MWCNTs构筑成钛酸钡-多壁碳管(BTCN)复合粒子。研究了BTCN复合粒子对聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)基复合电介质热学性能、介电性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,BTCN复合粒子并没有影响PMIA基复合电介质的热学性能,所制备的复合材料的玻璃化转变温度均超过275℃。同时,随着BTCN复合粒子含量的增加,PMIA基复合电介质的介电常数提升明显,当BTCN含量为10%(质量分数)时,PMIA电介质在10~3Hz时的介电常数相较于纯PMIA提升了117%。此外,BTCN复合粒子的加入可有效改善PMIA基复合电介质的导热性,如含有10%BTCN复合粒子的PMIA基复合电介质的导热系数提升至0.62W/(m·K),相较于纯PMIA[0.23W/(m·K)]提升了169%,导热性能的改善可有效降低电介质内部热效应,避免热击穿的发生。Hydrogen peroxide(HO) and polydopamine(PDA) were utilized to modify barium titanate(BaTiO) nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon tubes(MWCNTs),respectively.Then hexamethylene diisocyanate was employed as “bridging agent” to form BTCN fillers by reacting with modified BaTiOand MWCNTs.The effects of BTCN fillers on thermal property, dielectric property and thermal conductivity of poly(m-phenyleneisophthalamide)(PMIA) dielectrics were researched.The consequences indicated that BTCN fillers displayed little effect on thermal property, and the glass transition temperature of corresponding PMIA dielectrics were more than 275℃.In addition, with increasing content of BTCN,the dielectric constant of PMIA dielectric obviously increased.When the content of BTCN was 10 wt%,the dielectric constant of PMIA dielectric manifested enhancement by 117% at 10~3Hz compared with pure PMIA.Additionally, BTCN fillers can also effectively improve the thermal conductivity of manufactured PMIA dielectrics.For example, the thermal conductivity of PMIA dielectric with 10 wt% BTCN increased to 0.62 W/(m·K) compared with pure PMIA.[0.23 W/(m·K)],and showing an improvement of 169%.The improved thermal conductivity was beneficial in reducing internal thermal effect and suppressed occurrence of thermal breakdown.
