摘  要:为提高沙柳的利用率,缓解废旧塑料和废旧橡胶对环境的污染问题,以沙柳木粉、再生高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和废旧橡胶粉为主要原料,采用模压法制备木橡塑三元复合材料(WRPC),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对WRPC的结构和微观形貌进行表征,考察了增韧改性剂马来酸酐接枝乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA-g-MAH)对WRPC力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:EVA-g-MAH降低了木粉表面的极性,使其与HDPE和橡胶界面结合紧密,无空隙存在,提高了WRPC的静曲强度、拉伸强度和冲击强度;WRPC的弹性模量、动态热机械性能和耐热性能降低,热稳定性能有所提高。EVA-g-MAH加入量为2.5%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,WRPC的静曲强度、拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了11.17%、11.37%和52.62%;EVA-g-MAH加入量为10%时,WRPC的冲击强度提高了195.55%。In order to improve the utilization rate of salix and alleviate the environmental pollution caused by waste plastics and rubbe,salix wood power,high density polyethylene(HDPE)and waste rubber powder were used as the main raw materials,prepared wood rubber plastic ternary composites(WRPC)by molding method.The structure and microscopic morphology of WRPC were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope,and investigated the effects of ethylene vinyl acetate grafting maleic anhydride copolymer(EVA-g-MAH)on the mechanical and thermal properties of WRPC.The results shown that:EVA-g-MAH reduced the polarity of the wood flour surface,made it tightly combined with the three interfaces of HDPE and rubber,and there was no voids,and improved the static flexural strength,tensile strength and impact strength of WRPC.The modulus of elasticity,dynamic thermomechanical properties and heat resistance were reduced,and improved the thermal stability.When the content of EVA-g-MAH was 2.5%,the static flexural strength,tensile strength and impact strength of WRPC were increased by 11.17%,11.37%and 52.62%,respectivly.When the content of EVA-g-MAH was 10%,the impact strength of WRPC was increased by 195.55%.
