海藻酸钠/改性锂皂石基高吸水性树脂的制备研究

摘  要:以海藻酸钠(SA)为骨架材料,添加改性锂皂石(NC),采用溶液聚合法将单体接枝到海藻酸钠骨架上,合成海藻酸钠/改性锂皂石基高吸水性树脂。通过单因素实验探究丙烯酸(AA)中和度以及SA、改性NC等占AA比例对树脂吸液倍率的影响。结果表明:AA中和度80%、SA用量9%、改性NC用量4%、丙烯酰胺(AM)用量5%、引发剂用量0.4%、交联剂用量0.01%时树脂有较高吸水性和较强耐盐性,树脂吸蒸馏水倍率为1880g/g,吸0.9%NaCl溶液倍率为268g/g。合成的树脂热稳定性良好并且有明显的褶皱和沟壑。Sodium alginate(SA) was used as the framework material, modified laponite(NC) was added, and the monomer was grafted onto the SA framework by solution polymerization.SA/NC-based super absorbent resin(SAP) was synthesized.The single factor experiment was conducted to explore the influence of the neutralization degree of acrylic acid(AA) and the proportion of SA and modified NC in AA on the resin absorption rate.The results shown that: AA neutralization degree was 80%,SA dosage was 9%,modified NC dosage was 4%,acrylamide(AM) dosage was 5%,initiator dosage was 0.4%,and crosslinking agent dosage was 0.01% when the resin had higher water absorption.And strong salt resistance, the absorptivity of the resin for distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution was 1880 g/g and 268 g/g respectively.The structure and morphology of the resin were characterized.The results shown that the resin synthesized by this method had good thermal stability and obvious wrinkles and gullies.
