摘  要:以丙烯酸(AA)、衣康酸(ITA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为原料进行加成反应,分别制备了带单羧基、双羧基和酰胺基功能性官能团的3种磷系阻燃剂,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)对3种阻燃剂的结构进行了表征,发现在合成物DOPO-AA和DOPO-AM红外谱图中出现P-C键的特征伸缩振动吸收峰,证明产物DOPO-AA、DOPO-ITA和DOPO-AM有生成;通过热重分析了三者之间的热稳定性,并对其失重10%时的分解温度进行比较,发现DOPO-ITA此时对应的分解温度最高,达到279.2℃,明显高于DOPO-AA和DOPO-AM。Three kinds of flame retardants with single carboxyl group, double carboxyl group and amide group were prepared by addition reaction of acrylic acid(AA) and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO),itaconic acid(ITA) and DOPO,acrylamide(AM) and DOPO.The structures of the three flame retardants were characterized by FT-IR.It was found that the characteristic stretching vibration absorption peaks of P-C bond appeared in the infrared spectra of DOPO-AA and DOPO-AM,which proved that the products DOPO-AA,DOPO-ITA and DOPO-AM were formed.The thermal stability of the three compounds was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis, and the decomposition temperature of DOPO-ITA was compared when the weight loss was 10%.It was found that the decomposition temperature of DOPO-ITA was the highest at 279.2℃,which was significantly higher than that of DOPO-AA and DOPO-AM.
