摘 要:以伊利石、Fe_(3)O_(4)和壳聚糖为原料,制备了伊利石/磁性壳聚糖(IMCS)复合材料。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱和磁滞回线对其进行了表征,研究了其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,采用Langmuir等温方程、Freundlich等温方程、准一级动力学方程及准二级动力学方程对实验数据进行了拟合分析。结果表明,IMCS复合材料含有的氨基有利于对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附;材料的饱和磁化强度为22.4emu/g,易于磁性分离,便于吸附剂的循环使用。IMCS复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合Langmuir等温方程和准二级动力学方程。在IMCS吸附剂量为0.05g、温度为25℃、Cr(Ⅵ)溶液初始浓度为300mg/L、吸附时间4h、pH=5的条件下,对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大吸附量为191.2mg/g。再生后的复合材料重复使用5次后,仍具有良好的吸附性能。Illite/magnetic chitosan(IMCS)composites were prepared by using illite,Fe_(3)O_(4) and chitosan(CS)as raw materials.It was characterized by X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and hysteresis loop,and studied its adsorption performance for Cr(Ⅵ).The experimental data was fitted and analyzed by Langmuir isotherm equation,Freundlich isotherm equation,quasi-first-order kinetic equation and quasi-second-order kinetic equation.The results shown that the amino groups of IMCS were beneficial to the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ).The saturation magnetization of the material was 22.4emu/g,which was easy for magnetic separation and convenient for recycling adsorbent.The adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by IMCS composite accorded with Langmuir isotherm equation and quasi-second-order kinetic equation.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)was 191.2mg/g under the conditions of IMCS adsorption dose of 0.05g,temperature of 25℃,Cr(Ⅵ)initial concentration of 300mg/L,adsorption time of 4hand pH value of 5.The regenerated composite shown good adsorption performance after recycling it for 5times.
