摘  要:催化裂化渣油中芳香组分是由数量众多的芳烃分子所组成的混合物,其聚合反应过程工艺难以调控,得到的产品性能差异较大,且催化裂化渣油制备缩合多环芳烃(COPNA)树脂存在固化速率慢、脆性较大、加工成型工艺差等缺陷,在实际工业生产中应用范围较窄。为此,选择萘酚作为模型化合物进行聚合反应,用于合成萘酚基COPNA树脂;其次,在其苯环结构上引入烯丙基双键,生成烯丙基COPNA树脂;最后,将其与二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)发生双烯加成共聚反应,从而制备综合性能优异的烯丙基COPNA-BMI共聚物树脂材料,并对共聚树脂的分子结构、软化点、残炭率及流动度等热稳定性能进行表征,确定了共聚树脂的最佳合成工艺条件。该共聚树脂表面平整光滑,空气气氛热稳定性能较好,94h后样品最大质量损失均小于3%,为苛刻工况下钻杆套管保护提供了一种新材料。The aromatic component in catalytic cracking residue is a mixture which was composed of a large number of aromatic hydrocarbon molecules.The polymerization process of aromatic component was difficult to be controlled, leading to the products with the varied properties.In addition, the condensed polynuclear aromatic(COPNA) resin prepared from catalytic cracking residue had some defects, such as slow curing rate, high brittleness, poor processing and forming technology, which limit its industrial application.Hence, naphthol-based COPNA resin was synthesized using model compound of naphthol.And then the allyl group was introduced into the structure of benzene ring for generating an allyl COPNA(ACOPNA) resin.In the end, copolymerization reaction was conducted between bismaleimide(BMI) and ACOPNA to prepare ACOPNA-BMI copolymer resin owned excellent properties.The optimal synthesis conditions of the copolymer resin were obtained through characterizing the molecular structure, softening point, carbon residue rate and fluidity of the copolymer resin.The surface of the copolymer resin was smooth, and the maximum mass loss of the resin with good thermal stability was less than 3% after 94 hours.It provided new material for drilling pipe casing protection under harsh working conditions.
