摘 要:为提高现有水性环氧微表处混合料的低温性能,使用丁苯胶乳(SBR)改性剂与聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维制备PVA纤维-水性环氧微表处混合料。研究结果表明,过多的SBR掺量会对微表处混合料的路用性能带来负面影响;PVA纤维可明显改善微表处混合料的低温性能,并且在PVA纤维掺量为0.2%时,PVA纤维可以均匀地分布在微表处混合料中,与沥青形成结构物,此时微表处混合料耐磨耗性能、抗轮辙变形性能与抗滑性能最好。综合考虑,推荐PVA纤维-水性环氧微表处混合料中SBR最佳掺量为3%,PVA纤维最佳掺量为0.2%。In order to improve the low temperature performance of the existing waterborne epoxy(EP) micro surfacing mixture, the PVA fiber waterborne EP micro surfacing mixture was prepared by using styrene butadiene latex(SBR) modifier and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fiber.The wet wheel wear test, wheel tracking deformation test and low-temperature bending test were used to evaluate the wear resistance, wheel tracking deformation resistance and low-temperature crack resistance of the mixture.The pendulum friction meter and manual sand paver were used to measure the pendulum value(BPN) and structural depth(TD) of the mixture, so as to evaluate its pavement performance.The distribution of the PVA in micro surfacing mixture was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results shown that: too much SBR content will have negative impact on the road performance of the mixture.PVA fiber can significantly improve the low temperature performance of the mixture, and when the PVA content was 0.2%,PVA fiber can be evenly distributed in the mixture, and formed the structure with asphalt, and the mixture had the wear resistance and wheel tracking resistance.The optimum content of SBR and PVA fiber in the mixture was 3% and 0.2% respectively.
