摘 要:固-液相变材料具有相变体积小、相变温度可控、相变潜热大等优点,被广泛用于建筑节能。但由于相变过程中其物质相态发生转变,直接使用时将导致泄露问题,因此常通过多孔介质吸附定形后使用,这样可以提高相变材料的利用率。以硅藻土粉(DME)为吸附介质,正癸酸(CA)和1-十八醇(OD)为相变材料,采用熔融吸附法制备CA-OD/DME定形相变材料,将CA-OD/DME掺入石膏基体中制备石膏板。通过温度阻尼率、扫描电子显微镜、冷热循环、扩散-渗出等方法研究了石膏板的热性能。结果表明,当定形相变材料掺量为35%时,石膏板的阻尼率可以达到1.79。通过SEM分析可知,石膏板的孔隙被相变材料均匀填充,形成紧致密实的微观结构,能够有效防止相变材料的泄漏。通过200次冷热加速循环后,材料的质量最大损失率仅为0.68%,热处理后的石膏板试样均无渗出圈。研究表明相变石膏板具有良好的储热性能。Solid-liquid phase change materials(PCMs) are widely used in building energy saving because of their small volume, controllable temperature and large latent heat in the process of phase transition.However, due to the change of phase state in the process of phase transformation, the leakage problem occurs when used directly.Therefore, it is often used after porous media adsorption, which can improve the utilization rate of PCMs.Diatomite(DME) as adsorption medium, decanoic acid(CA) and octadecanol(OD) as PCMs, CA-OD/DME was prepared by melting adsorption method.CA-OD/DME was incorporated into gypsum matrix, and energy storage gypsum board was prepared.The thermal properties of the gypsum board were studied by temperature damping ratio, SEM,thermal cycling and diffusion-seepage.The result shown the temperature damping rate can reach 1.79 when the content of the shape-stabilized PCM was 35%.Through SEM analysis, the pores of gypsum board were filled with PCMs evenly to form compact microstructure, which can effectively prevent the leakage of PCM.The maximum mass loss rate was only 0.68% after 200 freezing and melting cycles.There was no exudation zone in gypsum board samples after heat treatment.The results shown that the heat storage gypsum board had good heat storage performance.
