摘 要:聚氨酯注浆材料在矿井下有广泛的应用,然而其反应放热会给煤矿带来巨大的安全风险,研究低温矿用聚氨酯注浆材料迫在眉睫。使用预聚手段来降低反应热,使用万能试验机、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、场发射扫面电子显微镜(SEM)等手段进行表征,研究了预聚对聚氨酯注浆弹性体的固化过程放热量和抗压强度的影响,并研究了试样的破坏形貌。结果表明:预聚法能有效地降低材料的反应热,实验组实现降温最高达62℃,且压缩强度大于40MPa,满足制备低温矿用聚氨酯注浆材料的力学性能要求;对破坏形貌的分析说明,压缩过程中柱体中心产生的非结晶取向是产生缺陷并导致试样最终失效破坏的直接原因。Polyurethane(PU) grouting materials are widely used in underground mines, but the reaction heat will bring huge safety risks to coal mines.It is urgent to promote low-temperature mining PU grouting materials.Mechanical properties and destruction morphology of pre-polymerized samples were characterized by means of compression testing machine, infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction spectrum(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was found that pre-polymerization can effectively reduce the reaction heat of the material.The experimental group achieved a temperature drop of up to 62℃,and the compressive strength exceeded 40 MPa, which met the mechanical performance requirements for the grouting materials.In addition, the failure of the sample was attributed to the defect caused by the non-crystalline orientation of the cylinder center during the compression process.
