摘 要:探究了共沉淀法制备V-Fe-Al中p H值与煅烧温度对其性能的影响。采用拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线衍射(XRD)、循环伏安(CV)、原位红外光谱(FT-IR)对催化剂进行表征,气相色谱仪对催化剂进行活性评价。结果表明:V_(2)O_(5)在催化剂表面分散度较高,钒与铁会发生化学反应,生成FeVO_(4)物种;p H=5.5和700℃的煅烧温度下制备的催化剂在450℃反应温度测试时,其丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性催化剂性能最佳,该促进作用可能与FeVO_(4)物种有关。This paper investigated the effects of pH value and calcination temperature in the preparation of copre-cipitation method on the performance of V-Fe-Al catalyst.The catalysts were characterized by Raman spectrosco-py(Raman),X-ray diffraction(XRD),cyclic voltammetry(CV)and in-situ infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the catalytic activity was evaluated by gas chromatograph.The results show that V_(2)O_(5) has a high dispersion on the surface of the catalyst;vanadium and iron would interact chemically to form FeVO_(4)species.When the catalyst prepared at pH=5.5 and 700℃is calcined at 450℃,the propane conversion rate and the performance of propyl-ene selective catalyst are the best,which might be related to FeVO_(4).
