摘 要:海底矿产资源丰富,但环境复杂恶劣,对深海矿物资源开发系统构成极大的危害。本文简述了国内外深海矿物资源开采系统的发展进程及几种典型的深海资源开采系统,基于复杂多变的海况,提出了深海矿物资源开采系统所涉及到的关键力学问题及技术挑战,从矿物资源开采系统的总体设计及集成控制、采矿车采集动态性能控制、立管输送系统动态特性、环境监测与评价等主要关键部分概括了目前采矿系统所面临的技术挑战。The seabed mineral resources are abundant,but the environment is complex and nasty,which poses great harm to the exploitation system of deep-sea mineral resources.This paper briefly describes the development process of deep-sea mineral resources exploitation system at home and abroad and several typical deep-sea resource exploitation systems.Based on the complex and changeable sea conditions,the key mechanical problems and technical challenges involved in deep-sea mineral resources exploitation system are put forward.The technical challenges faced by the mining system at present are summarized from the main key parts,such as the overall design and integrated control of the mining system,the dynamic performance control of mining truck collection,the dynamic characteristics of riser conveying system,environmental monitoring and evaluation.
