摘  要:为了提高液压系统的动态响应,保证静压造型线顺利运行,设计静压造型线伺服直驱泵控液压系统.系统信号采集反馈模块使用压缩感知方法,获取静压造型线内液压缸的压力和位置信号,将信号经系统主控制器比较处理后,运用D/A数模转换模块转化为控制信号,并传送到电动机控制器;依据控制信号控制电动机驱动定量泵执行方向和速度的切换,实现静压造型线内液压缸的压力与位置控制.实验结果表明:该系统采集的信号质量较高,具有较好的静压造型线内液压缸的压力和位置控制效果.In order to improve the dynamic response of the hydraulic system and ensure the smooth operation of the hydrostatic molding line,this paper designs a direct-drive pump controlled hydraulic system with hydrostatic molding line servo.The acquisition and feedback module of the system uses the compression sensing method to obtain the pressure and position signals of the hydraulic cylinder in the static pressure molding line.After the signals are compared and processed by the main controller of the system,the D/A digital to analog conversion module is used to convert them into control signals and transmit them to the motor controller.The control signal is used to control the switching of the execution direction and speed of the motor driving constant displacement pump,so as to realize the pressure and position control of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydrostatic molding line.The experimental results show that the quality of the signals collected by the system is high,and the control effect of the pressure and position of the hydraulic cylinder in the hydrostatic molding line is good.
