摘 要:目前,我国燃煤发电量依然占国内总发电装机容量的一半以上,但火电机组锅炉排烟温度过高会导致电厂热经济性降低,经济效益受到影响。锅炉尾部烟气余热利用不仅可降低排烟温度和燃料消耗量,还可提高静电除尘效率、减少大气污染,符合国家节能减排的环保要求。本文选择国产某660 MW超临界机组,设计一种带有旁路烟道的锅炉尾部烟气余热利用系统,并分析其热经济性与技术经济性,得出该系统的最优设计方案。At present,China's coal-fired power generation still accounts for more than half of the total installed power generation capacity,however,too high exhaust temperature of thermal power unit boiler will reduce the thermal economy of the power plant and afiect the economic benefits.The waste heat utilization of boiler tail flue gas can not only reduce the exhaust temperature and fuel consumption,but also improve the electrostatic precipitation efficiency and reduce air pollution,meeting the national environmental requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,a 660 MW supercritical unit made in China is selected to design a boiler tail flue gas waste heat utilization system with bypass flue,and its thermal economy and technical economy are analyzed to obtain the optimal design scheme of the system.
