摘  要:血吸虫病是常见寄生虫病之一,钉螺是唯一中间宿主,国内部分地区仍存在钉螺疫区。为保护人民群众健康,必须阻断血吸虫病的传播。国内外常用四聚杀螺胺(C_(15)H_(15)O_(5)N_(3)Cl_(2))进行灭螺,但是目前并没有完善的钉螺疫区施药后生态环境评估技术规范可以参考。本研究以“完善钉螺疫区生态环境质量评估,为疫区复耕复产提供依据”为目标,结合相关区域的具体情况,建立了钉螺疫区施药后生态环境评估技术规范。该技术规范的建立既弥补了国内外相关研究的空白,也为其他有害生物疫区施药后的生态环境评估提供参考,为区域复耕复产提供依据。Schistosomiasis is one of the common parasitic diseases,and oncomelania is the only intermediate host,oncomelania epidemic areas still exist in some areas of China.In order to protect people's health,it is necessary to stop the spread of schistosomiasis.Niclosamide ethanolamine(C_(15)H_(15)O_(5)N_(3)Cl_(2)) is commonly used to kill oncomelania at home and abroad,but there is no perfect technical specification for ecological environment assessment after application of drugs in oncomelania epidemic areas for reference.With the goal of“improving the ecological environment quality assessment in the oncomelania epidemic area and providing a basis for the rehabilitation o£farmland and production in the epidemic area”,and combining with the specific conditions of relevant areas,this study establishes the technical specifications for the ecological environment assessment in the oncomelania epidemic area after the application of drugs.The establishment of the technical specification not only makes up for the gaps in relevant research at home and abroad,but also provides reference for the ecological environment assessment of other pest epidemic areas after application of drugs,and provides a basis for regional rehabilitation of farmland and production.
