摘 要:目前,高盐、高化学需氧量(COD)危废废水主要采用单一蒸发工艺进行脱盐处理,但该工艺对高盐、高COD危废废水的处理存在较多缺陷。针对危废废水水质的复杂性,本项目在设计中采用机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)+错流三效蒸发+单蒸釜组合工艺对危废废水进行蒸发脱盐,发挥各工艺的优点,使蒸发装置能长周期运转,且综合能耗较低。实践表明,该组合工艺是一种理想的高盐、高COD危废废水物化预处理技术。At present,the hazardous waste water with high salt and high chemical oxygen demand(COD)is mainly desalted by a single evaporation process,but there are many defects in the treatment of hazardous waste water with high salt and high COD.In view of the complexity of the quality of hazardous waste water,the combined process of mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)+cross-flow triple effect evaporation+single autoclave is adopted in the design of this project to evaporate and desalt hazardous waste water,giving full play to the advantages of each process,so that the evaporation device can operate for a long period and the comprehensive energy consumption is low.The practice shows that the combined process is an ideal physicochemical pretreatment technology for hazardous waste water with high salinity and high COD.
