摘　　要：目的 探索运输排程优化模型在海上批量伤病员后送中的应用。方法 采用运筹学优化运输排程模型,合理安排各种运输工具将各类伤病员送往后方医院接受进一步诊治。结果 根据伤员数量、紧急程度,初步构建出一套针对海上批量伤病员医疗后送的运输排程数学优化模型。通过此模型可合理安排运输工具,及时将伤病员后送至目标医院。结论 运筹学优化运输排程模型在海上批量伤病员后送中的应用,可合理分配医疗后送运输工具,提高了后送的质量和效率。Objective To explore the application of scheduling optimization model in the evacuation of mass casaulties at sea.Methods By the way of operational research transportation scheduling optimization model,proper arrangementy of various kinds of transportation tools to transfer patients or casaulties to rear hospitals for further diagnosis and treatment.Results The scheduling mathematical optimization model of mass casaulty evacuation from the sea was preliminarily developed in the light of the number of casualties and priority of care.Through proper arrangement of transportation means with the help of the model,casaulties were duly evacuated to targetted hospitals.Conclusion The research and application of operational research scheduling optimization model in the evacuation of mass casaulties at sea facilitates proper allocation of medical evacuation tools and improve the quality and efficiency of medical evacuation.
