摘  要:目的探讨肝脏三维重建模型在外科研究生肝脏手术教学中的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年6月在海军军医大学第一附属医院肝胆外科进行轮转学习的研究生60名,按系统随机化法分为实验组与对照组,每组30名,各包含4名肝胆外科研究生、9名肝胆外科以外的普通外科研究生、17名其他专业外科研究生。对照组学员予常规模式教学,实验组在进行相同理论学习的情况下以肝脏三维重建影像资料为基础进行学习。培训前后分别考核2组学员的手术规划能力和影像分析能力,并对学员进行问卷调查。结果培训前实验组与对照组研究生的手术规划能力和影像分析能力成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后2组研究生的手术规划能力和影像分析能力均有提升,但实验组研究生成绩明显更高(P<0.05)。在培训后,实验组肝胆外科研究生手术规划能力和影像分析能力的成绩提升值均高于普通外科研究生和其他专业外科研究生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组研究生的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在外科研究生的肝脏手术教学过程中,应用肝脏三维重建技术有助于学生掌握肝脏解剖、提高二维影像资料的读片能力和培养手术方案的规划能力。该技术提高了学生的学习效率,降低了教学难度,是一种优秀的教学工具。Objective To explore the effects of liver three⁃dimensional reconstruction model in the teaching of hepatic surgery for surgical postgraduates.Methods A total of 60 surgical postgraduates who underwent rotational study in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the Hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled for study and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each consisting of 30 students,including 4 surgical hepatobiliary surgery postgraduates,9 general surgery postgraduates of other than hepatobiliary surgery and 17 surgical postgraduates of other specialties.The postgraduates in the control group received conventional teaching mode,while those in the experimental group were trained with the liver three⁃dimensional reconstruction model on the basis of the training given to the control group.Before and after training,assessments were performed in the 2 groups to see if their abilities of surgical planning and image analysis were improved,and a questionnaire survey was also conducted among them.Results Before training,there were no significant differences in the abilities of surgical planning and image analysis,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Upon completion of training,the abilities of surgical planning and image analysis of both groups all improved to a certain extent,with the abilities of the experimental group being significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the indexes in the improvement of the surgical planning and image analysis abilities of the experimental group were all higher than those of the general surgical postgraduates and postgraduates of other specialties,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the postgraduates in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of liver surgery,the application of liver three⁃dimensional reconstruction could help the postgraduates to master liver anatomy,improve th
