摘　　要：黄河流域环境犯罪司法协同治理机制构建具有重要意义,有利于及时整治环境问题,推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。目前司法协同治理机制建设取得一定进展,但依然存在司法部门与其他部门的协作机制建设进展缓慢,审判机构专门化和司法队伍专业化建设有待加强,司法部门内部的协同被弱化,公众参与程度不高等问题。有必要加强司法部门与其他部门之间的协作机制建设;开展审判机构专门化和司法队伍的专业化建设;推动信息共享,强化司法部门内部之间的协同;提高公众的参与度,提升司法协同治理的实效。The construction of a judicial collaborative governance mechanism for environmental crimes in the Yellow River Basin is of great significance, which is conducive to timely rectification of environmental problems and promotes ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin. At present, some progress has been made in the construction of the judicial collaborative governance mechanism, but some problems still exist including that the progress in the construction of the cooperation mechanism between the judicial department and other departments is slow, the specialization of the judicial institutions and the professional construction of the judicial team need to be strengthened, the coordination within the judicial department is weakened, and the degree of public participation is not high. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the cooperation mechanism between the judicial department and other departments;to carry out the specialization of judicial institutions and the professional construction of judicial teams;to promote information sharing and strengthen the coordination among judicial departments;and to increase public participation and enhance judicial Effectiveness of collaborative governance.
