摘　　要：历史档案征集是档案工作的重要内容,同时也是影响历史构建和历史认知的实践环节。新时代历史档案征集工作需要将人民史观作为理念指引,构建人民群众自觉参与和创造的历史,推动人民史观深入人心。具体而言,历史档案征集来源、征集内容和征集方式需以人民史观为导向:第一,征集历史档案的来源面向人民群众,面向纷繁宏阔的社会成员对象和细致入微的社会生活场景;第二,征集历史档案的内容反映人民群众,既反映人民群众的历史地位,也反映人民群众的智慧和成就;第三,征集历史档案的方式尊重人民群众,在征集过程中凸显人民群众的主体角色,在实践手段上重视人民群众的意愿诉求,通过汲取人民群众的集体智慧实现征集方式的创新。Historical archives collection is not only an important part of archival work,but also a practical link affecting the construction and cognition of history.The collection of historical archives in the new era needs to take the people’s conception of history as the guiding ideology,construct the history that the people consciously participate in and create,and promote the people’s conception of history to be widely accepted.Specifically,the sources and contents of collected historical archives and the approaches of collection practice need to be followed by the people’s conception of history:firstly,the sources of collected historical archives are oriented to the people,to the sophisticated objects of societal members and the detailed societal scenarios;secondly,the contents of collected historical archives reflect the people,including the people’s historical status and the people’s intellectual achievements;thirdly,the mode selection of historical archives collection respect the people,including giving prominence to the main role of the people in the collection process,attaching importance to the people’s will in practice,and facilitating innovation of collection methods by absorbing the people’s wisdom.
