摘　　要：电子档案是实体档案发展到一定阶段的必然产物,随着电子档案的异军突起和实行单套制管理的规定,实体档案何去何从的问题需要引起关注和深思。该文通过梳理档案保护工作的发展历程和内在机理,探讨其在新《档案法》视阈下的拓展路径,努力在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化过程中实现档案事业的高质量创新性发展。Electronic archives is the inevitable outcome of physical archives development to a certain stage.With the sudden rise of electronic archives and the call for the implementation of single set of management,the question where the physical archives is going needs to be concerned and pondered.By sorting out the development process and the internal mechanism of archives protection work,and discussing its promoting access under the background of the new Archives Law,so that we can strive to achieve high-quality and innovative development of archives in the process of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability.
