摘 要:外墙体保温材料的厚度直接决定着低碳住宅的居住环境与投资费用.提出一种低碳住宅复合外墙体保温材料厚度优化设计方法.构建低碳住宅复合外墙体传热模型,结合低碳住宅实际情况确定复合外墙体保温、隔热方程,从全生命周期角度出发,计算保温材料投资费用,联立复合外墙体保温、隔热方程与保温材料投资费用方程,以投资费用最小化、满足保温、隔热需求为目标,求解联立方程,方程的解即为保温材料厚度优化设计结果.试验结果表明,本文方法的保温材料厚度优化设计时延与保温材料投资费用均低于给定的最高限值,具有较好的实际应用性能.Thickness of thermal insulation materials for exterior wall directly determines living environment and investment cost of low-carbon residence.Therefore,thickness optimization design method of composite thermal insulation materials for exterior wall of low-carbon residence is proposed.A model for heat transfer of composite exterior wall of low-carbon residences is built,and thermal insulation and heat insulation equation of composite exterior wall in combination with the actual situation of low-carbon residence is determined.Then,calculation of investment cost of thermal insulation materials is carried out from the perspective of whole life cycle.And thermal insulation and heat insulation equation of composite exterior wall and the investment cost equation of thermal insulation materials are established,aimed at minimizing the investment costs and meeting the requirements for thermal insulation and heat insulation.The solution of the equation is the optimal design result of the thickness of thermal insulation materials.The experimental results show that the optimal design time delay and investment cost of thermal insulation materials are lower than the given maximum limit,and have good practical application performance.
