摘  要:金属有机框架材料(MOFs)由于其独特的结构、高孔隙率和比表面积,在药物传递和抗菌领域有着良好的应用前景.MOFs材料主要通过两种方式进行抗菌:一是利用自身金属离子抗菌;二是利用其多孔性作为载体抗菌.本文对近年来金属有机框架材料在抗菌应用方面的文献进行了梳理,主要介绍了常用的银、锌、铜三种离子作为金属中心时的抗菌性能,总结了MOFs材料作为药物载体在抗菌方面的应用,最后对其应用前景进行了展望.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have many applications in the areas of drug delivery and antibacterial due to their unique structure,high porosity and surface area.The application of MOFs in antibacterial field is mainly divided into two aspects,one part depends its own metal ions for antibacterial,the other part exploits its porosity as a carrier for antibacterial.In this paper,the application of MOFs about antibacterial in recent years was reviewed and the antibacterial properties of silver,zinc and copper as metal centers were mainly introduced.The paper also summarizes the application of MOFs materials as drug carriers and the application prospect is prospected.
