新型建材疏水性海绵砖制备及其物性研究

摘  要:海绵砖是一种新型建材,海绵砖里面布满许多独立气孔,具备重量轻、隔热、隔音、耐热等优点,但是海绵砖具有超强吸水性.本文针对海绵砖原本亲水性能,通过仿生矿化的方法,对海绵砖表面进行处理,使海绵砖表面的碳酸钙晶型受到控制,从而使得表面碳酸钙具有疏水特性.另外,还观察了海绵砖表面晶体形貌和晶体结构,测试了经过仿生矿化处理后与使用(锂基、二氧化硅)表面处理的海绵砖的抗压性能、平均接触角、表面平均微硬度.实验结果表明,海绵砖经过仿生钙化处理后晶体的平面接触角变大、微硬度增强、抗压性能提升,使得新型建材海绵砖表面具有如同荷叶一般超强疏水性.Sponge brick is a kind of new building material.There are many independent air hole in the brick sponge,which has the advantages of light-weight,heat insulation,sound insulation and heat resistance.However,the sponge brick has super water absorption.In the paper,the original hydrophilic surface of sponge brick was treated through biomimetic mineralization method.The crystal type of calcium carbonate on the surface of sponge brick was controlled,so that the surface of calcium carbonate had hydrophobic characteristics.In addition,the surface morphology and crystal structure of the sponge bricks were observed,and the compressive properties,average contact angles and average surface microhardness of the sponge bricks after biomimetic mineralization treatment and using surface treatment(lithium base,silicon dioxide)were also tested.The experimental results show that the contact angle of the crystal plane becomes larger,the microhardness is enhanced,and the compressive performance is improved after the biomimetic mineralization treatment,which makes the surface of the sponge brick as a new building material has super hydrophobicity like lotus leaf.
