中山地区体检儿童维生素D水平分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中山地区儿童维生素D水平状况,为儿童健康合理补充维生素D、诊断维生素D所致的疾病提供治疗方案。方法:选取中山市博爱医院(中山市妇幼保健院)2020年7月-2020年12月0~12岁体检儿童共1451例,按照年龄分组分为幼儿组(<3岁,共829例)、学龄前组(>3~7岁,共317例)、学龄组(>7~12岁,共305例),采用电化学发光法,在罗氏E601.上进行测定。结果:1451例儿童维生素D平均浓度为(1134±40.39)nmol/L;幼儿组、学龄前组、学龄组儿童维生素D平均浓度分别为(134.33±34.71)nmol/L、(90.80±24.48)nmol/L、(70.21±17.15)nmol/L;不同年龄组之间儿童维生素D水平浓度平均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各个年龄段维生素D缺乏率分别为0.6%、2.52%、9.84%。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中山地区体检儿童维生案D水平相对充足甚至稍高,并且随着年龄的增长维生素D水平逐渐下降,但仍处于一个较为充足的水平之中。Objective:To evaluate the status of children's vitamin D levels in Zhongshan City,and provide a reference for children to reasonably supplyvitamin D and diagnosis diseases caused by vitamin D.Methods:A total of 1451 children aged 0-12 years were selected from Zhongshan Boai Hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 for physical examination or physical examination,they were divided into several groups according to the age:infants group(v3 years old,829 cases),preschool group(>3~7 years old,317 case^,school age group(A7~12 years old,305 cases),the level of vitamin D were measure by ECLIA on Cobas E601.Results:The average level of vitamin D in 1451 cases was(111.34±40.39)nmol/L,the average vitamin D concentration ofinfents group,preschool group,and school age group were(13433±34.71)nmol/L,(90.80±24.48)nmol/L,(70.21±17.15)nmol/L respectively,and there is a statistically significant diSerence between difierent age groups(P<0.05);The rates of vitamin D deficiency in each age group were 0.6%,2.52%,and 9.84%respectively,and the diference is statistically significant Conclusion:The vitamin D level of children in Zhongshan City is relatively sufficient or even slightly higher,and the vitamin D level gradually decreases with age,but it is still at a relatively sufficient leveL.
