摘　　要：目的:分析山东省立医院门诊及住院患者HIV抗体检测结果,了解患者的艾滋病感染状况,为今后艾滋病监测和预防控制工作提供直接依据。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月-2020年12月在山东省立医院进行艾滋病筛查的住院和门诊病人454673例,选取经济南市疾控中心确认的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人322例,统计分析HIV感染者的性别、年龄和职业分布,了解其教育情况、婚姻情况。结果:HIV感染者性别构成比差异明显(P<0.01),未婚者明显多于已婚者(P<0.01);年龄分布情况以20~29岁和30~39岁性活跃人群为主要患病人群;文化程度普遍较低,从事的职业以农民(28.26%)、自由职业(19.88%)为主;HTV感染例数基本上呈逐年上升趋势,HIV/AIDS住院患者可以来自内、外、妇、儿、皮肤科、五官科等多个临床科室。结论:HIV防控工作上除了应当加强医学模式控制HIV传播,还必须开展以社区为基础的行为干预工作和更广泛的公共卫生服务,降低HIV感染和传播的风险。Objsctivs:To analyze the HIV antibody detection results of outpatients and inpatients in Shandong Provincial Hospital and understand the HIV infection status of patients,we will provide a scientific basis for monitoring and prevention work of HIV/AIDS.Methods:For 322 cases of HIV/AIDS in Shandong Provincial Hospital to be screened and confirmed by Jinan centers for disease control from January 2013 to December 2020,we have a statistical analysis of the gender,age and occupation distribution,analyze its education situation and situation of marriage and the infection rate of each year.Results:Gender composition among people infected with HIV have significant difierence(P<O.Ol),unmarried people significantly greater than married(P<0.01);Sexually active population whose age distribution in 20-29 and 30-39 are the main population;They are generally low in education level,mostly are fermers(28.26%),freelancers(19.88%),the company staff(1832%)and workers(16.77%);There is an upward trend in HIV infection cases basically,HIV/AIDS inpatients can come from internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,dermatology,ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology and other clinical departments.Con elusion:To control HIV transmission,we should strengthen the medical model,also launched the other forces of the society,for example,the behavior intervention of a community-based work and the public health service,reduce the risk of HIV infection and spread.
