摘  要:通过胶黏剂配方固含量与防刺布的刺穿力的研究,结合织布工艺分析,对比确定了最佳的胶黏剂固含量为30%,提高了单层防刺布的耐穿刺性能。通过几种常用的发泡缓冲材料的研究与对比,以及压缩试验与吸能性能分析,筛选出性能最佳的发泡聚丙烯作为防刺芯片的缓冲材料,设计了一种轻型的防刺服结构,结果显示,该轻型防刺服可满足公安部防刺标准要求,并可将防护芯片层数减少2层,使得防刺服质量减少了13.4%,提升了防刺服整体的柔软性和轻量化水平。Through the study of the solid content of the adhesive and puncture force of the stab proof cloth,combined with the analysis of the weaving process, it is determined that the best solid content of the adhesive is 30%, which improves the puncture resistance of the single-layer stab proof cloth. Through the research and comparison of several common foamed buffer materials, compression test and energy absorption performance analysis, the foamed polypropylene with the best performance is selected as the buffer material of anti stab panel. A light stab proof vest structure is designed. The results show that the light stab proof vest can meet the requirements of the stab proof standard of the Ministry of Public Security, reduce the number of layers of protective panel by 2, and reduce the weight of the stab proof vest by 13.4%, improve the softness and light weight level of the stab proof vest.
