摘　　要：论述了汽车空调过滤器过滤介质——熔喷、针刺双面滤布的研究开发过程,详细分析了熔喷非织造布和针刺非织造布的结构特点,讨论了该工艺路线的产品结构特点及其在生产中的适应性。The research and development process of the filter medium of automobile air-conditioner filtermelt-blown needle-punched double-sided filter cloth is discussed, and the structure characteristics of melt-blown nonwovens and needle-punched nonwovens are analyzed in detail, the characteristics of product structure and its adaptability in the production of this technological route are discussed.
