摘  要:复合材料共胶接成型是复合材料整体成型的常用技术,共胶接界面的处理方法对共胶接性能有着关键性的影响。采用某型号轨道车辆碳纤维复合材料部件的几种共胶接工艺及表面处理方法制作样件,通过对样件的弯曲强度及拉伸剪切强度进行平行对比,研究复合材料共胶接工艺、表面处理工艺等因素对复合材料部件胶接性能的影响,为轨道车辆复合材料部件共胶接工艺及界面处理方法的选择提供数据支撑。Co-bonding molding of composite materials is a common technology for composite integral molding. The treatment of co-bonding interface has a key influence on the performance of co-bonding. Several co-bonding technologies and surface treatment methods of carbon composite material parts of a railway vehicle were used to make samples. Through parallel comparison of the bending strength and tensile shear strength of the samples, the influence of factors such as co-bonding technology and surface treatment technology on the bonding properties of composite parts were studied. It provides data support for the selection of co-bonding technology and interface treatment method for railway vehicle composite parts.
