摘　　要：暴露前预防指当面临HIV感染高风险时,通过服用药物以降低被感染概率的生物学预防方法。服药依从性是决定暴露前预防效果的关键因素。该文对国内外开发的暴露前预防服药依从性评估工具进行综述,包括评估工具的主要内容、应用现状及优缺点,以期为准确评估艾滋病高危人群服药依从性和制订干预方案提供参考。Pre-exposure prophylaxis refers to a biological prevention method to reduce the probability of HIV infection by taking drugs when people are at high risk of HIV infection.Medication compliance is the key cause of determining the effectiveness of pre-exposure prophylaxis.This article discusses the medication compliance assessment tools of pre-exposure prophylaxis developed at home and abroad which includes the main contents of assessment tools,application status and advantages and disadvantages,expecting to provide references for accurately evaluating medication compliance of high-risk population of AIDS and formulating intervention programs.
