摘 要:低温等离子体具有改性效率高、操作简单、无废料和副产物产生等优点,在聚乳酸(PLA)材料表面改性方面已有研究和应用。本文主要综述了不同等离子体源在不同的改性条件下对PLA材料表面性能的影响;近年来低温等离子体改性技术运用在PLA包装和医疗领域中的应用及安全问题讨论。低温等离子体改性技术可以改善PLA材料表面的亲水性、生物相容性、细胞粘附性、附着力,在增加材料表面粗糙度的同时不改变材料整体性质,是一种可以代替化学和物理法广泛用于包装和医疗领域的改性方法。希望能为低温等离子体改性PLA材料运用在包装和医疗领域提供参考。With the advantages of high modification efficiency,simple operation,and no waste and by-product generation,low-temperature plasma has been studied and applied in the surface modification of poly(lactic acid)(PLA)materials.This paper mainly reviews the effects of different plasma sources and different modification conditions on the surface properties of PLA materials;the research progress of low-temperature plasma modification technology applied to PLA packaging and medical field in recent years;and the safety issues of low-temperature plasma modification technology applied to food packaging field are discussed.Low-temperature plasma modification technology can improve the surface hydrophilicity,biocompatibility,cell adhesion,adhesion of PLA materials,and increase the surface roughness of the material without changing the overall properties of the material,which is a promising modification method that can be widely used in packaging and medical fields instead of chemical and physical methods.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the application of low temperature plasma modified PLA materials in the packaging and medical fields.
