摘　　要：凝血因子V、VIII联合缺乏症(FVFVIIID)是一种以凝血功能障碍为表现的常染色体隐性遗传性出血性疾病,常见的临床表现为:鼻出血,月经过多和外伤或手术后出血过多。本文总结一例肥胖合并FVFVIIID行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)患者的病例资料,报道本中心关于凝血因子V、VIII联合缺乏症围手术期的管理以及治疗方法,总结治疗经验并复习相关文献。Combined coagulation factor V and VIII deficiency(FVFVIIID)is an autosomal recessive bleeding disorder characterized by coagulation dysfunction.The common clinical manifestations are:nose bleeding,menorrhagia and trauma or excessive bleeding after surgery.This article summarizes the case data of an obese patient with FVFVIIID who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG),reports the perioperative management and treatment methods of FVFVIIID in our center,summarizes the treatment experience and reviews relevant literature.
