瓯江刀鲚繁殖群体生物学特性研究

摘　　要：为探究瓯江刀鲚繁殖群体的生物学特性,该研究于2020年4-5月在瓯江流域温州段采集刀鲚114尾,对其生物学参数进行测定和分析。结果表明:(1)瓯江刀鲚繁殖群体雌、雄鱼的体长、体重、体长-体重的拟合关系等形态特征均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),两性异形现象显著。(2)瓯江刀鲚繁殖群体的性腺重量与体长、体重呈一定正相关关系;瓯江刀鲚雌鱼的性腺重、性腺指数、肝重、肝体指数等极显著高于雄鱼(P<0.01),说明两性在营养物质储运和能量利用的策略上存在差异。To explore the biological characteristics of spawning population of Coilia nasus in the Oujiang River,the biological parameters of 114 specimens,collected at Wenzhou section of the Oujiang River Basin from April to May,2020,were measured and analyzed in the research.The results showed that:(1)There were highly significant differences in body length,body weight,fitting relationship between body length and body weight between male and female spawning C.nasus in the Oujiang River(P<0.01),indicating that the sexual dimorphism of C.nasus was quite obvious.(2)The gonad weight of spawning C.nasus in the Oujiang River was positively correlated with body length and body weight.The gonad weight,gonad index,liver weight and liver body index of female C.nasus in the Oujiang River were significantly higher than those of male C.nasus(P<0.01),showing that there were differences in the strategies for nutrient storage,transportation and energy utilization between males and females.
