摘 要:综述了基膜对纳滤与反渗透复合膜的影响,从孔径、孔隙率、亲水性以及表面形貌讨论了基膜对复合膜表面形貌、结构以及分离性能的作用规律。在此基础上,分析了现有研究的不足,提出了利用径迹蚀刻膜、阳极氧化铝膜或嵌段共聚物膜等均孔膜作为基膜来进行基础性研究的建议。此外,从实际应用的角度讨论了聚砜与聚醚砜常规超滤基膜存在的问题,以及聚乙烯电池隔膜作为新型基膜制备纳滤和反渗透复合膜的优势与发展前景。最后,总结归纳了适合纳滤与反渗透复合膜的基膜基本性能,并展望了基膜未来的研究趋势。This paper reviewed the effect of support layer on nanofiltration and reverse osmosis composite membranes,including pore size,porosity,hydrophilicity and surface morphology.Moreover,the shortcomings of existing research on support layer were analyzed,and homogeneous membranes such as track etched membrane,anodic alumina membrane and block copolymer membrane were suggested for theoretical and basic research.In addition,the drawbacks of current commonly used support layer,polysulfone and polyether sulfone ultrafiltration were discussed and the advantages of polyethylene(PE)battery separator were elaborated in view of practical application.Finally,the suitable properties of support layer for nanofiltration and reverse osmosis composite membranes were summarized and the future research trend for support layer was prospected.
