摘 要:通过实验从投加量、初始pH、反应温度等因素研究高铁酸钾(K_(2)FeO_(4))对猪场沼液COD、NH_(3)-N、TP去除的影响。研究表明,K_(2)FeO_(4)对COD和TP的去除率随投加量的增加而增加,对NH_(3)-N的去除率随投加量的增加而减少;在酸性和碱性条件下对COD去除均有较好效果,对NH_(3)-N和TP的去除分别在强碱性(pH≥11)和强酸性(pH≤3)条件下取得更好效果;温度对K_(2)FeO_(4)去除能力的影响很小。处理过程存在氧化和絮凝两个阶段,氧化阶段为投加初期5 min内,影响该阶段去除效果的因素大小排序为投加量>初始pH>反应温度,絮凝阶段为投加5~10min后,影响该阶段去除效果的因素大小排序为初始pH>反应温度>投加量。在15℃、pH为3、投加浓度1.2 g/L时,COD和TP的去除率最高达89.67%和86.12%;NH_(3)-N的最大去除率在15℃、pH为7.85、投加浓度0.06 g/L时得到,仅20.89%。研究为猪场沼液处理,尤其是工艺提升和快速处置提供参考。The effect of dosage,initial pH,and reaction temperature on the removal of COD,NH_(3)-N,and TP from piggery slurry by the potassium ferrate(K_(2)FeO_(4))treatment.The result revealed that the removal rate of COD and TP were increased with the increase of K_(2)FeO_(4)dosage,and the removal rate of NH_(3)-N decreased with the increase of K_(2)FeO_(4)dosage.The better treatment efficiency of COD occurred in both strong acid and alkaline conditions,while the better treatment efficiency of NH_(3)-N occurred in the strong alkaline condition,and the better treatment efficiency of TP occurred in the strong acid condition.The influence of reaction temperature was not apparent on the removal.The oxidation and flocculation stages were presented in the experiment for removing the pollutants by K_(2)FeO_(4).The oxidation stage mainly occurs within 5 min at the initial stage of dosing,while the order of influencing factors on the pollutant removal was K_(2)FeO_(4)concentration>initial pH>reaction temperature.The flocculation stage is after dosing for 5~10 min,while the order of influencing factors on pollutant removal was initial pH>reaction temperature>K_(2)FeO_(4) concentration.This experiment obtained the 89.67%removal rate of COD and the 86.12%removal rate of TP under the reaction temperature was 15°C,initial pH was 3 and K_(2)FeO_(4)concentration was 1.2 g/L.However,only 20.89%removal rate of NH_(3)-N was obtained as the highest removal rate,under the reaction temperature was 15℃,initial pH was 7.85 and K_(2)FeO_(4)concentration was 0.06 g/L.This study provides a reference for piggery slurry treatment in pig farms,especially for rapid treatment.
