摘 要:以KOH改性核桃壳炭为载体,采用浸渍法将CeO_(2)负载上去,制备了核桃壳炭载铈材料。采用BET、FTIR、XRD、XPS、SEM、EDS对催化剂进行表征,表征结果显示改性核桃壳炭表面成功负载了CeO_(2),负载CeO_(2)后核桃壳炭变面积和总孔体积显著增大。研究了核桃壳炭和铈改性核桃壳炭对碱性阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的吸附效果。实验结果表明,铈改性核桃壳炭吸附效果显著提高,对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附量为339.84 mg/g,并且对亚甲基蓝的吸附模型可以拟合为准二级动力学方程和Langmuir热力学方程,且易于再生。Using KOH-modified walnut shell charcoal as the carrier,CeO_(2) was loaded by impregnation method to prepare the walnut shell charcoalsupported cerium material.The catalyst was characterized by BET,FTIR,XRD,XPS,SEM and EDS.The characterization results showed that the surface of modified walnut shell charcoal was successfully loaded with CeO_(2),and the area and total pore volume of the walnut shell charcoal increased significantly after loading CeO_(2).The adsorption effect of walnut shell charcoal and cerium-modified walnut shell charcoal on basic cationic dye methylene blue was investigated.The experimental results showed that the adsorption effect of cerium-modified walnut shell charcoal was significantly improved.The maximum adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 339.84 mg/g,and the adsorption model of methylene blue could be fitted to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir thermodynamic equation.The catalyst was also easy to regenerate.
