摘 要:为研究四环素类抗生素在焦炭填料人工湿地中降解特征及其受植物的影响,构建有植物和无植物2个垂直上流人工湿地实验系统(CW1和CW2),研究对比系统对4种抗生素(TCs)在不同浓度下的去除,TCs在焦炭填料中的累积,以及在植物(根、茎、叶)中的分布,并通过物料衡算探讨4种TCs在湿地系统中的净化机制。结果表明:相同运行条件下,焦炭填料人工湿地对土霉素及四环素的去除率较高(分别为(91.6±2.6)%和(89.9±4.1)%),优于强力霉素和金霉素,植物的存在有利于四环素类抗生素的去除,有植物的CW1对土霉素、四环素、强力霉素和金霉素的平均去除率比无植物的CW2分别高10.5%、4.8%、15.8%及4.0%。研究显示,焦炭填料人工湿地对四环素类抗生素有较好的去除效果,可用于该类污水的处理。Two parallel coke substrate-filled vertical up-flow artificial wetland systems with and without plants(CW1 and CW2)were constructed to evaluate the degradation characteristics and influence of tetracyclines by a plant.The removal of four antibiotics(TCs)with different concentrations,the accumulation of TCs in coke substrate,and the distribution of TCs in plants(root,stem,leaf)were studied and compared in the system.The purification mechanism in the CWs through the material balance was also investigated.The results demonstrated that the removal of oxytetracycline and tetracycline was higher(the average removal rates were(91.6±2.6)%and(89.9±4.1)%,respectively)than the doxycycline and chlortetracycline under the same operating conditions.The CWs with plants exhibited better performance in the TCs removal.The average removal rates of oxytetracycline,tetracycline,doxycycline,and chlortetracycline in CW1 with plants were 10.5%,4.8%,15.8%,and 4.0%respectively,which higher than the CW2 without plants,The research showed that the constructed wetlands with coke had a good removal effect on the tetracycline antibiotics,which can be used for the treatment of this type of sewage.
