摘  要:为明确厨余垃圾水解液资源化潜能,开展了厨余垃圾水解液作外碳源强化低C/N废水营养盐去除的探究。结果表明,厨余垃圾水解液可作为替代性碳源强化A2/O工艺去除营养盐。稳定时期,R2(水解液投加组)内TN、TP的去除效率分别高达78.5%~80.2%和87.4%~92.3%,高于R1(乙醇投加组)。R2内活性污泥浓度较高,且挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)/总悬浮固体(TSS)高于R1。水解液作碳源对硝化过程影响不明显而强化反硝化过程,导致R2内硝酸盐的去除效率高达92.3%。水解液作碳源对胞提高了内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的含量。此外,水解液作碳源能改变A2/O工艺内微生物群落结构,并提高了Actinobacteria、Bacteroidetes和Choroflexi的相对丰度分别提高至20.5%,16.6%和20.2%,显著高于R1。To clarify the resource potential of kitchen waste hydrolysate,the kitchen waste hydrolysate was used as an external carbon source to enhance the nutrient removal of low C/N wastewater.The results showed that the kitchen waste hydrolysate could be used as an alternative carbon source to enhance the removal of nutrients in the A2/O process.During the stable period,the removal efficiency of TN and TP in R2(hydrolysate dosing group)was 78.5%~80.2%and 87.4%~92.3%respectively,which were higher than those in R1(ethanol dosing group).The concentration of activated sludge in R2 was higher,and volatile suspended solids(VSS)/total suspended solids(TSS)were higher than in R1.The hydrolysate as a carbon source had no obvious effect on the nitrification process but mainly strengthened the denitrification process,resulting in the removal efficiency of nitrate in R2 as high as 92.3%.The hydrolysate as a carbon source increased the content of intracellular polymer polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA).In addition,the hydrolysate as a carbon source could change the microbial community structure in the A2/O process and improve the relative efficiency of Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes,and choroflexi.The abundance increased to 20.5%,16.6%,and 20.2%,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in R1.
