摘 要:平面螺线线圈已广泛应用于传感器领域,而线圈之间的互感系数是传感器和执行器进行设计和优化的重要基本参数.为此给出了任意两个多边形平面螺线线圈(包括正方形、五边形、六边形、八边形等)之间互感系数的通用解析式.两个多边形螺线线圈可以是不同的线圈尺寸和几何形状,该模型还考虑了线圈厚度和宽度的影响.它们之间的布局不仅可以为同轴,而且可以为不同方向的横向错位.为了验证公式的有效性,进一步建立了一个互感测量实验装置,并比较理论和实验结果以验证所提出模型的准确性.Spiral planer coils have been widely used in sensor fields,and their mutual inductance(MI)qualifies as an important and fundamental parameter for the design and optimization of sensors and actuators.In this paper,a general analytical formula to calculate the MI between arbitrary two polygonal spiral planner coils(including square,pentagonal,hexagonal,octagonal,and so on)is proposed.Generally,two polygonal spirals coils can differ in coil sizes and geometries,and the impact of the track thickness and width is also considered in this model.The layout between these two coils is not only coaxial,but also lateral misalignment in different directions.An experiment setup has been built in order to validate the analytical calculation.Theoretical and experimental results are then compared to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model.
