摘 要:针对传统洒水喷头用于高大空间场所时存在流量特性系数小、水滴穿透上升火羽流场困难等缺陷,通过对洒水喷头关键指标的分析及性能测试,研制了我国首个流量特性系数K≥400的超大流量闭式洒水喷头,并开展了流量特性系数、密封性能、洒水分布性能和水滴冲力等不同指标的试验研究。结果显示,喷头主要性能指标符合《自动喷水灭火系统》(GB 5135)系列标准的要求,工作压强对喷水强度均匀性的影响较大,而喷水高度则对水滴冲力的影响较大。When the traditional spray sprinkler is used in high clearance space, there are some defects such as small flow characteristic coefficient and water droplets hard to penetrate the rising fire plume flow field. Through the analysis and performance testing of the key indexes of sprinkler, the first extra large orifice(ELO) closed sprinkler with flow characteristic coefficient K over 400 was developed,and performance testing such as flow characteristic coefficient, sealing performance, sprinkler distribution performance and water droplet impulse was carried out. The main indicators of sprinkler met the requirements specified in Automatic Sprinkler System(GB 5135) series standards. The working pressure had a great influence on the uniformity of sprinkler intensity, while the height of sprinkler had a great influence on the water droplet impulse.
