摘　　要：随着电子病历系统在医院的广泛应用,通过分析医院病案管理现状,设计研发电子病案归档系统。系统将HIS、LIS、PACS、PIS、ECG等有关业务系统生成的医疗数据转化为标准的PDF电子文件,并存储到病案归档服务器中,再按照医院病案的排列顺序将转换后的PDF电子文件合并成一份完整的PDF格式病案文件,并可以对整份PDF格式的病案文档进行电子签章,使得病案可以永久保存。系统的使用不仅提高病案室工作人员的工作效率和病案管理水平,同时也节约了存储空间,并改变传统查阅方式和复印方式,在一定程度上提高了患者对医院病案服务的满意度。With the wide application of electronic medical record system in hospitals,it has become a trend for paper medical record archiving to become electronic medical record archiving.By analyzing the current situation of hospital medical record management,aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward the design and development of electronic medical record archiving system.The system can convert his,LIS,PACS,PIS,ECG and other relevant business systems into standard PDF electronic files and store them in the medical record archiving server,then merge the converted PDF electronic files into a complete PDF medical record file according to the arrangement order of hospital medical records,and call the service interface of PDF signature server with legal effect,electronic signature shall be made for the whole medical record document in PDF format,so that the medical record can be saved permanently.The use of the system not only improves the work efficiency and medical record management level of the staff in the medical record room,but also saves the storage space,changes the traditional way of consulting and copying,and improves the patients’satisfaction with the hospital medical record service to a certain extent.
