摘　　要：利用人工智能,将静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)防治管理体系信息化,对住院患者全程管理,并为临床医疗提供必要的决策支持。VTE智能防治系统可以在患者入院后的不同节点对发生VTE及出血的风险进行自动评估,为中、高风险患者提供干预建议,并可以监测预防及治疗方案的实施。医疗管理部门通过该系统可以实时监测、统计并分析各科室VTE工作的进展情况。医疗管理部门全程监控,形成标准化、规范化并具有医院特色的VTE防治管理体系,可以有效提升评估、预防、治疗及管理效率,从而降低VTE的发生率,对于进一步保障医疗安全、提高医疗质量、减少医疗纠纷具有一定的现实意义。With the application of artificial intelligence,the management system of venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention and treatment is informationized,the whole process of inpatient management is managed,and necessary decision support is provided for clinical treatment.The intelligent VTE prevention and treatment system can automatically assess the risk of VTE and bleeding at different nodes after admission,provide intervention suggestions for intermediate and high-risk patients,and monitor the implementation of prevention and treatment programs.Through this system,the medical management department can monitor,count and analyze the progress of VTE work in each department.Monitored medical management department,standardization and VTE prevention with the characteristic of hospital management system,can effectively improve assessment,prevention,treatment and management efficiency,to reduce the incidence of VTE,to ensure medical safety,further improve the medical quality,reducing medical disputes has a certain practical significance.
