摘  要:本文以一座复杂裙楼大悬挑结构的超限高层建筑为例,对高层建筑大跨度悬挑结构的抗震结果进行分析与设计。该高层建筑的悬挑部分最大跨度长达36米,大悬挑结构设计是该建筑设计中的一个关键点。针对大悬挑结构根部弯矩大、竖向构件不连续等特点,在悬挑裙楼外侧沿X、Y两方向设置跨层型钢混凝土桁架,并在悬挑的裙楼中央设置大开洞。通过对大悬挑结构在设防烈度地震和预估罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能分析表明,其达到了预期的抗震性能目标,符合规范要求。其中设置的跨层型钢混凝土桁架可增加大悬挑桁架根部的平面外刚度,裙楼开洞可有效减轻大悬挑桁架的自重,该设计方案可有效提高大悬挑结构受力的合理性,并可减少材料的浪费。Taking the super high-rise building with complex podium building and large cantilever structure as an example,this paper studies the seismic analysis and design of long-span cantilevered high-rise buildings with complex podium buildings and large cantilevered structures.The maximum span of the cantilevered part of the high-rise building is 36 meters,and the design of the large cantilevered structure is a key point in the design of the building.In view of the characteristics of large bending moment at the root of the large cantilever structure and discontinuous vertical members,a cross story steel concrete truss is set along the X and Y directions outside the cantilevered podium,and a large opening is set in the center of the cantilevered podium.In addition,the analysis of the seismic performance of large cantilevered structure under the action of fortification intensity earthquake and predicted rare earthquake shows that it has achieved the expected seismic performance goal and meets the requirements of the code.The cross story steel reinforced concrete truss can increase the out of plane stiffness of the root of the large cantilever truss,the opening of the podium can effectively reduce the dead weight of the large cantilever truss,and the design scheme can effectively improve the rationality of the force of the large cantilever structure and reduce the waste of materials.
