城乡统筹理念下的公共开放空间规划研究——以宁波镇海区为例

摘　　要：随着我国对公共开放空间认知从传统的城市单一视角逐渐转向城乡统筹,公共开放空间规划也面临挑战与创新。本文从公共开放空间的概念及规划实践出发,提出城乡统筹理念下的公共开放空间三大特征:城乡要素全域化、功能需求复合化、空间载体多元化,并以宁波镇海区城乡公共开放空间规划为例,提出开展全域全要素评估、提供多维度规划支撑及制定规划实施路径的规划编制方法。As China's cognition of public open space gradually shifts from the traditional single perspective of the city to the overall planning of urban and rural areas,the planning of public open space is also facing challenges and innovations.The study starts from the concept of public open space and planning practice,and then puts forward three major characteristics of public open space under the concept of urban and rural integration:the regionalization of urban and rural elements,the compounding of functional needs,and the diversification of spatial carriers.The study takes the urban and rural public open space planning of Zhenhai District of Ningbo as an example,and proposes a planning preparation method to carry out the whole area and all elements evaluation,which could provide multi-dimensional planning support and formulate planning implementation paths.
