浅谈山地住宅小区的室外污水管网设计——以泉州市安溪·鼎盛天辰小区为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,山地住宅小区在城市建设中日渐增多。室外排水管网作为住宅小区中重要的组成部分,需因地制宜,充分利用现场地形,在保障管网通畅性的同时降低工程造价及后期维护难度。本文结合实际工程案例,通过解析山地住宅小区单体与总平的关系,了解室外污水管网在工程中的特点,对室外污水管网设计中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决方案。With the rapid development of social economy,mountainous residential areas are increasing in urban construction.As an important part of the residential area,the outdoor drainage pipe network needs to adjust measures to local conditions,make full use of the site terrain,and reduce the project cost and construction cost,as well as the difficulty of later maintenance while ensuring the smoothness of the pipe network.Based on the actual project case,this paper analyzes the relationship between the single building and the general layout of the mountainous residential area,understands the characteristics of the outdoor sewage pipe network in the project,analyzes the problems in the design of the outdoor sewage pipe network,and puts forward solutions.
