摘　　要：作为高层建筑的重要结构,地下室的施工质量与建筑工程整体质量、安全息息相关。地下室外墙后浇带施工难度大、质量要求高,采用混凝土导墙节点施工技术可以有效缩短施工工期、保障施工质量。本文以厦门市海沧实验中学初中部改扩建工程为例,分析地下室外墙后浇带施工的难点,阐述混凝土导墙防水节点施工的具体流程及注意事项,为建筑地下室外墙后浇带施工提供有益借鉴。As an important structure of high-rise buildings,the construction quality of basement is closely related to the overall quality and safety of construction projects.The construction of post-cast belt of the basement exterior wall is difficult and the quality requirement is high.Using concrete guide wall joint construction technology can effectively shorten the construction period and guarantee the construction quality.Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Xiamen Haicang Experimental Middle School as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the construction of the post-cast belt of the basement exterior wall,and expounds the specific process and matters needing attention of the construction of the waterproof joint of the concrete guide wall,which could provide reference for the construction of the post-cast belt of the basement exterior wall.
