摘　　要：目的:分析数字疗法(DTx)领域基础研究论文的研究趋势,为DTx行业的发展和研究提供支撑。方法:采用自由词联合主题词的检索方式,在Web of Science(WOS)数据库中检索2000-2022年DTx领域的科学论文,并按年度分析该领域的发展趋势,对整个DTx领域以及按照适应证分类下的子领域进行可视化分析,利用VOSviewer软件提取文章的关键词,并得到关键词间的相互联系强度。结果:2000-2022年在WOS数据库共检索基础研究论文1392篇,基于核心合集数据库子集做DTx领域关键词分析的文献286篇,以出现频率筛选关键词建立了共聚类图谱。DTx子领域研究论文的关键词倾向性中,精神类疾病更多的与心理临床治疗相关,神经系统类疾病更多的与日常的康复治疗相关,慢性病与生活方式相关。结论:对于不同的适应症证,DTx和相对应的科学研究有联系也有区别。DTx的研究发展趋势和行业定义的逐渐明确与监管政策的发展相关,符合新兴行业的发展趋势,DTx子领域研究论文与各领域研究现状以及疾病本身的特点相关。Objective:To analyze the research trends of the articles of basic research in the field of digital therapeutics(DTx),so as to provide support for the development and research of the DTx industry.Methods:The scientific articles of the DTx field from 2000 to 2022 were searched in the Web of Science(WOS)database by using the search method that free words combined with subject terms.The development trend of this field was analyzed as annual analysis.A visual analysis was conducted to the whole DTx field and the sub-field as the classification of indication.VOSviewer software was adopted to extract the keywords of the articles and obtain the strength of the interconnection between the keywords.Results:A total of 1392 articles of basic research were retrieved from the WOS database between 2000 to 2022,and 286 papers were conducted keywords analysis of the DTx field based on a subset of the core ensemble database.The frequency of occurrence was used to screen keywords and establish co-category mapping.The keyword tendency of the research papers in the digital therapeutics subfield is that psychiatric disorders are more related to psychological clinical treatment,but neurological disorders are more related to daily rehabilitation treatment,and chronic diseases are related to lifestyle.Conclusion:For different indications,digital therapeutics and the corresponding scientific studies are related and different.The research trend of digital therapeutics is related to the gradual definition of the industry and the development of regulatory policies,which is in line with the development trend of the emerging industry,and the research papers of digital therapeutics subfield are related to the status of research in each field and the characteristics of the disease itself.
