摘 要:目的:基于成本控制理论构建医院流式细胞仪设备全过程管理模式,提升设备运行质量和成本控制效果。方法:选取2020年-2021年医院检验科在用的1台流式细胞仪,2020年采用专人专岗制度进行设备管理(为改进前阶段),2021年对设备管理方法进行改进,采用基于成本控制下的医院流式细胞仪设备全过程管理模式进行管理,在设备进行标本分析前、分析中和分析后开展使用情况评估、质量控制管理和维修保养。对比分析改进前后设备的运行质量和成本控制效果。结果:管理方法改进后流式细胞仪的开机运转率和质检合格率高于改进前,结果复检率和风险发生率低于改进前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.682,t=5.763,t=3.579,t=6.204;P<0.05);而流式细胞仪的样本固定费用、样本检测数量、维修费用支出和管理费用增幅优于改进前,差异有统计学意义(t=7.623,t=16.330,t=2.390,t=2.756;P<0.05)。结论:管理方法改进后流式细胞仪设备全过程管理模式能够规范设备使用操作流程,改善设备运行质量,提高维护维修活动在设备运行中的技术保障能力,降低设备运行管理成本。Objective:To construct the whole process management mode of hospital flow cytometry equipment based on the theory of cost control to improve the quality of equipment operation and the effect of cost control.Methods:A flow cytometer used in the laboratory department of the hospital was selected and divided into the pre-improvement stage and post-improvement stage according to different management methods.In the pre-improvement stage,special personnel and special position management method was adopted.In the post-improvement stage,the whole-process management mode of hospital flow cytometry equipment based on cost control was adopted,and the use evaluation,quality control management and maintenance were conducted before,during and after specimen analysis of the equipment.The operation quality and cost control effect of equipment before and after the improvement were compared and analyzed.Results:The start-up operation rate,quality inspection pass rate,result re-inspection rate and risk incidence rate of the flow cytometry in the post-improvement stage were better than those in the pre-improvement stage,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.682,t=5.763,t=3.579,t=6.204;P<0.05).The increase in sample fixed cost,number of samples tested,maintenance cost and management cost of the flow cytometry in the post-improvement stage were better than those in the pre-improvement stage,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.623,t=16.330,t=2.390,t=2.756;P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process management mode of flow cytometry equipment can standardize the use and operation process of equipment,improve equipment operation quality,enhance the technical support ability of maintenance activities in equipment operation,and reduce the operation and management cost of medical equipment.
