摘　　要：输液接头可用于连接注射器、输液器和输血器,也是静脉输液不可或缺的工具之一,合理的使用及维护对于确保患者的静脉管路安全至关重要。因静脉导管延长管材质较硬、弹性小,在留置过程中如出现导管固定不当极易发生导管相关性压疮、敷料松脱以及导管脱出等不良事件。传统输液接头固定方式效果欠佳,不仅影响舒适性,还会增加患者穿刺点感染和皮肤破损等风险。设计一种输液接头固定组件,经临床试用,有效解决了传统导管固定方法在临床使用中存在的问题,提升了患者舒适度,减轻了医护人员工作量,提高临床工作效率。Infusion connector can be used to connect syringes,infusion sets,and blood transfusion sets and are one of the indispensable tools for intravenous infusions.The proper use and maintenance are critical to ensure the safety of patients'pipeline.Due to the hard material and low elasticity of the intravenous catheter extension tube,catheter related pressure ulcers,dressing loosening,catheter prolapse and other adverse events are highly prone to occur in the case of improper fixation of the catheter in the process of retention.The traditional fixation method of infusion connector is not effective,which not only affects the comfort,but also increases the risk of infection and skin damage.A fixed assembly for infusion connector was designed,which solved the problems existing in the traditional fixation method in clinical use,improved the comfort of patients,reduced the workload of medical staff,and improved the clinical work efficiency.
